Introduction

G0 is the AGI project of the GIRG (General Intelligence Research Group) whose mission is to build a machine that think like humans.

Business model

G0 is a commercial project to be developed on a web-based collaborative platform. The platform operates by voting, with votes weighted by each member's contributions. The contents of the project are open to all members and new membership is granted also by voting. Income is automatically redistributed to contributing members.

Design features

G0 is:

1. primarily logic-based (first-order predicate logic)
2. integrative (uses logic as the universal KR)
3. employs neural networks in low-level visual processing
4. augmented with probabilistic/fuzzy logic
5. has a modular architecture with < 10 modules

Architecture

The G0 architecture contains 8 basic modules:

1. deduction
2. pattern recognition
3. abduction
4. natural language
5. belief revision
6. planning
7. inductive learning
8. vision
