Huge-Resources Mind
From AGIRI.org
A "Huge-Resources Mind" is the mind of an AI that is theoretically constructible (unlike an Infinite-Resources Mind), but would require infeasibly much computational power.
Designing huge-resources minds is vastly simpler than designing Modest-Resources Minds. This is intuitively obvious, and Hutter and Schmidhuber have showed it convincingly with their AIXItl and Goedel Machine designs.
Another way to say this is that the hard problems of AGI design are ultimately all about computational (space and time) efficiency.
