Intention

The resolve of an animal (Agent) to achieve some particular Goal.
I.e., a Statement stored in a mind's Declarative Memory, receiving a reasonably high degree of Attention, whose content is that the agent possesses a particular Goal and is devoting substantial resources toward achieving it.
The structure of intention is often associated with the experiential phenomenon of Free Will.
