Intersubjective Reality

Reality as it exists among a group of tightly interacting Minds, with a common Culture.

There is a special iterative process of reality-creation that occurs among agents who each exist within each others' subjective realities (Subjective Reality). Mikhail Bakhtin called this "polyphonic reality."

Hypothetically (according to Ben Goertzel): involvement in co-construction of intersubjective reality may be a key aspect of the development of Cognition, and in particular the ascent from the Infantile developmental stage to the Concrete Operational developmental stage.
