MindAgent

A MindAgent, in the Novamente Cognition Engine architecture, is a software object that is intended to act each Cognitive Cycle (or at least, to check if it has anything to do each Cognitive Cycle; not all MindAgents will act each cycle).
This is basically the definition of a Novamente cognitive cycle within a single Lobe: the circular queue of MindAgents is processed. (The overall cognitive cycle of a Novamente instance would be considered as the cognitive cycle of the Central Cognition Lobe.)
