Novamente Cognitive Map

A collection of Novamente Atoms whose Activation collectively follows some recognizable pattern (in the simplest case, a pattern of frequent simultaneous activity).
The Map Formation process exists to recognize cognitive maps and explicitly embody them in Atoms (ConceptNodes or PredicateNodes).
