Simple System Ontology

This is a simple ontology containing a few basic notions drawn from "general systems theory."
The approach taken embraces "second order cybernetics" as roughly described at
http://pespmc1.vub.ac.be/SECORCYB.html, in the sense that it views Systems as most sensibly considered to be relative to Observer systems.
